Cuomo’s Abuse Of Public Trust Has No Good Recourse: A Lesson In Government Corruption

By Matt Berman March 7, 2021 Nobody Asked Me

Cuomo’s abuse of the elderly was disgusting. It was also not unique to New York state. I’ve called Cuomo’s abuse partners (other governors) “.” That’s Wolf from PA. Whitmer from MI. Murphy in Jersey. Plus Newsom in Californica. All of them followed . That playbook breaks down into x easy-to-follow horrible steps:

Test people in nursing homes feverishly, and keep the people who test positive in the general population long enough to spread the virus.

As old people begin dropping like flies, gather that death data somewhere only they had access to so nobody can corroborate it.

Release that information in batches, all while blaming Trump for the results, hiding the fact that they forced this onto the most vulnerable.

Use that hysterical analysis of basic information they forced to happen in the press, advocating for extreme state-sponsored threats to the public.

That’s how we ended up here. There was never a real justification for threatening businesses or groups of people that decided to gather. It was insane to track the reporting of the virus, and pretending that’s the same as knowing how it’s spreading *live* too. Leaving aside the lies or misinformation from public health officials, too, let’s focus on the terrible decisions of The Fascist Five, specifically Cuomo (since the press can only handle one person at a time). The most important thing here is a paradox of financial restitution that makes it impossible to pay the public back for these gross abuses of power.

THE PARADOX OF FINANCIAL RESTITUTION: CUOMO’S ABUSE CAN’T BE HEALED NORMALLY

I’ll try to make this simple by giving an example: if you got hit by another vehicle on the road, you can sue them. Or their insurance company will pay you out of their policy. You could probably sue them even if the insurance company settled with you, too. Whatever the case, you can get financial restitution from the individual responsible for damaging you. That’s normal. But you can’t apply that principle to a person that steals public money or abuses their office in a way that causes the same result.

Think about it: Cuomo and the rest of the Fascist Five are responsible for the economic downturn due to their data lies. If they were telling the truth and doing things honestly, the death-rate and its reporting wouldn’t have caused a panic. Without that panic, they would not have been able to get away with all the threats & forced shut downs of businesses, schools, etc.

Unemployment skyrocketing? Their fault.

Increased suicide rate? They exacerbated it.

Domestic abuse cases where the individual couldn’t escape? Off the charts.

CUOMO’S ABUSE HURT US PERSONALLY, BUT WE CAN’T PERSONALLY DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

But these (5) individuals can’t possibly pay that back personally. They are also shielded, like corporate officials are, by a veil. The veil of government gives them a lot of protection, making it hard to hold them accountable. But even if you could hold them accountable on behalf of their state, that would mean that a state’s Treasury should be responsible to pay back the people.

Therein lies the paradox. If *we* got paid back from public money, because of a scandal that resulted in a loss of public money, we’d be taxing ourselves. That’s why this is such an ugly crime to commit. The public has no way to get any restitution for the violations we’ve suffered. These public officials have an easier time resigning in shame, just to pop up again in a few years in another office. Sometimes that happens even faster.

RACHEL LEVINE SHOULD BE COMMITTED, NOT CONFIRMED

Cuomo’s abuse was not possible without the support of so-called public health experts. . Right now Congress is considering confirming Rachel Levine as assistant health secretary. But like I’ve said, Pennsylvania has done the same exact things New York did. It’s even possible that Wolf, Boockvar, and Levine led the Fascist Five in this effort. We really don’t know who was responsible. I would love to know coordination happened between these (5) states.

But Levine defended their decision to put sick patients back into nursing homes. Even after it was proving to kill people. Somehow or another the public had no response to this. We couldn’t remove this person from office fast enough to get them to stop. There were also so many problems in the state from Wolf’s unconstitutional shut-down orders, it was hard to know what was happening. But Levine is responsible for the state’s extremely high COVID-19 death-rate in the nursing home population.

THE “EXPERTS” WERE EXPERT IN MODERN EUGENICS, NOT VIROLOGY

Whenever Wolf, or said they were following “science?” What they meant was they were following . The senior health official of the state has to be responsible for the public health policy decisions of the state. If Trump was responsible for a policy that put sick people in nursing homes, he should be taken to task for it. But he wasn’t responsible for that decision. He sent a boat to NY to give Cuomo more space. They never used it.

Wolf never asked the federal government for anything. He was fine letting it play out this way. With Cuomo facing the brunt of all the media attention for these moves, Wolf is getting away without any attention whatsoever. So is Levine. In fact, Levine is about to leapfrog the whole *hiding in shame over their abusive actions* process right to getting promoted into the Biden administration. in federal custody for this deranged policy, not confirmed for a promotion.

LOCK THEM ALL UP

Cuomo’s abuse is the same abuse that other governors across the country committed as well. The Fascist Five are the ringleaders of this effort. They must be held accountable. Their lies caused catastrophic detriment to every single American – with the exception of some of the wealthiest among us. It is impossible to pay that back, as I’ve described, without us paying ourselves back for it. Maybe that’s what these stimulus checks are really all about. It’s an insane way to pay ourselves back for the abuses of Cuomo and his friends even though it’s actually going to hurt us in the long run. That’s why the only remedy is prison. Send them all. Investigate their innards until every lie, secret, and corrupt payment is uncovered. Make examples out of them. Try to use that to dissuade other people from doing this in the future. Because this scheme made Bernie Madoff look like a street beggar.
